The goal of the radioactive material safety program is to protect people and the environment from deleterious effects of radioactive material, comply completely with all Federal, Commonwealth, and local regulations and Penn State polices while minimizing the burden that these requirements place on the users of radioactive material. A brief program overview for radioactive material supervisors and users is available.
